Tell us what broke

Six boxes are enough. With these, the cause can usually be found without the car in front of us. Leave blank whatever you don't have.

What you write appears publicly under “Reports”. It is public so that others can see whether they hit the same thing. Don't write anything personal. Photos and video are not published — only the maintainer sees those.

Who's reporting

This is the name shown in the list. Leave it blank to appear as “Anonymous”. Don't use your real name.

You'll need this to change the report later — the reference number and this password are enough. Leave it blank and the report cannot be edited. Four characters or more.

It is not shown on the public list. Only the maintainer and the outcome mail see it.

Personal information

If you enter an email we will send the outcome there. Leave it blank and no mail is sent; the report is still accepted.

  • What we collect: email address
  • Purpose: to notify you of the outcome
  • Kept for 1 year after the notice is sent, then deleted
  • Not shared with anyone else
  • You may refuse: this field is optional. The report or question is still accepted. You just will not get mail.

Sending with an email address is consent to the above. Personal Information Protection Act, arts. 15 and 21.

Photos and video

One photo beats ten lines

Anything that moves — a freeze, a flicker — will not show in a still. A short clip is far better for those. Location data (EXIF) is stripped from photos before they are stored. Attachments are never published; only the maintainer sees them.
